I'm not going to view him now, I have found out from someone that there was a bit more to it than met the eye (could have been serious) and I was lucky to listen to my gut and also the advice of my friend who I spoke to last night, when I'd more or less made up my mind it was a no go. I won't say anymore as I don't want to out them but I am glad as it has verified my thoughts.

One of my young IDs took his Monarch sliding door off its runners. The door weighs a tonne and I don’t even shut the horses in. One or both of them also demolished a rather attractive curved wall. Neither were troublesome at all and have gone on to successful ridden careers.
