I agree - funny colouring and not sure about the look in his eye (although that might just be the pic).
 
Love the pony - has a wicked look in his eye - but ditto the hat.

I was watching a daytime tv programe about air ambulances a week or two ago. They had a story about a little girl who got her skull cracked when her pony kicked a gate into her head. The cameras went back later to show how she had made a full recovery (fantasitic) - they filmed the little girl out and about, and being led out of the stable into the arena on her pony - WITH NO HAT! In the words of Victor Meldrew - I do not believe it! They had just had a story about a cyclist whos helmet had saved his life. Perhaps little kids on ponies dont need hats.
