Just wanna say to all of you please appreciate your horses, give them that extra pat or treat tomorrow because you never know when they'll go.
My horse was pretty much stolen today & i can't get him back, police won't help, don't wanna go into details so please don't ask questions but I've basically lost my best friend & it feels horrible.
Love you forever little boy, x.
So will you give you horse that extra cuddle? Please?

I am really sorry to hear this. Sounds awful. Poor, poor you. Will give my horse a big sloppy kiss in the morning despite her wicked behaviour tonight.

Really sorry to hear this have followed your other post and as hch4971 said sounds like it is has all gone pear shaped am feeling for you and do get some legal advice!

So sorry to read this. Get legal advice, soonest. You have receipts and bills. You can sue through small claims court online for a very modest fee. CAB will help you with forms. many solicitors will give you an initial free half hour consultation, just make sure you have all paperwork with you. You won't get legal aid if your claim is less than £2500, but I'll bet you're not far off that, if not considerably more. Do you know where pony has gone? Even top professionals are not beyond night time removals.

So sorry to hear this :( I really hope you get things sorted and have a good outcome! I will give Kelly an extra polo and a big hug tomorrow. I really really hope things turn out well for you *hug* x

I'm so sorry. (((((hugs))))). I read your other post and it sounds like a horrable situation. I realy hope you get some legal advice and have a good outcome.

Really sorry to hear your news..
Sounds as if he was a very lucky pony to have had you, seek advise and good luck,do what you can.(((( Hugs))))

Lack of a contract can be a double edged sword. They cannot show that they did not simply abandon the pony.I would hit them with the bills for his keep(without exagerating them) and see how they jump.they will soon find out that keeping a pony is expensive hard work. Keep pushing your claim for compensation, eventualy they will crack. Pretty soon they will loose interest in the pony ,but you want him to come back to you ,not merely sold on. Make returning him their easiest way out to get you and your quite substantial claim off their backs.
