Really I do.
I texted him in August to make sure he'd have some/enough for us for the winter, he replied he did and the price would be £4 a bale delivered.
times passed, and it was late october before I ordered any. Cue another text asking him when he might be able to deliver some.
He replied saying sunday afternoon. Perfect I replied. Message on Friday afternoon asking where it was to go, and I replied usual place.
Got up to the horses on Friday, and he'd reversed his tractor and trailer up the yard, opened the door to the shed (unused stable), swept out the floor, and unloaded and stacked 66 bales neatly in piles of 6 for me, and shut the doors up after.
Talk about customer service! How lovely is he?!!
p.s bill was paid the following morning!
