I'm lying in bed, again, feeling cr*p and so f'ing ill that I think shooting could be an option, and D has just been out to Boots to get some 'get better and stay better' stuff that Keltic recommended, and he bought me a neddy magazine :D :D :D

Don't get me wrong, D is a thoughtful and helpful sort of chap, just sometimes he gets a bit stuck in a rut, so to have thought to get a magazine without being asked :D

Gawd, I must be ill, I'm crying again. Ouch. Makes my head hurt.

:D

Aww, it's lovely to hear of other nice hubbies, I know I'm very blessed with mine.

I do hope you feel better soon.

Good Lord, MrsM, keeping up with you on this forum is a challenge:D The threads are flying everywhere, I can't find anything.
Anyway, I wanted to say that there are 2 things that worked for me: Bennylin 4 flu and co-codamol, both stop you coughing and spluttering and knock you out - you can get about 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep, which makes all the difference.
Admittedly, I could only nod off sitting up, as whenever I lied down I would struggle to breathe and panic.
Also, if you would like to discuss your hallucinations, feel free, I had a golden pony visit my bedroom and stand on the chest of drawers - I should confess that I am an owner of a ginger cat:D

Oh Mrs M I hope you feel better soon - enough of the bad luck and difficult times, you need some serious FUN! :D

Your hubbie sounds a treasure .... mine is too, and he sometimes brings me a horsey mag ... its the little gestures that count the most.

Get better soon.xx

Ah bless that is really sweet. Mine isn't the getting a magazine sort but he did a full service on the lorry last weekend whilst I lolled around the house in pain doing very little. Hope you feel better soon.
