WHERE DO I START!
M was advertised on this site some months ago for loan, but unfortunaltyi couldn't find anyone suitable for him.he is now offered for a 6 month loan with the view to buy.
now i'll tell you about his history!
M is a 17.1 hh TB x by pulsingh, he is black/brown and 8 yrs old,i have owned him form a foal,he was bought for me to replace my warmblood mare who sadly had to be put down due to navicular, but after a long time out of the saddle,i didn't feel confident enough to back and school him or ride him in the future. My daughter had been competing at junior dressage on her highland pony and i thought he would make a nice horses for her to move onto at a later date,so he was sent away to be proffesionally backed and then on to somewhere else for dressage schooling, but after a year there,we heard nothing of his progress and was phobbed of with excuses,so we decided to bring him back home.
we found a young girl who was willing to work with him,but to our horror he reared, bucked and bronced in the arena,he did hack a couple of times with comapny and alone and was fine(a little forward going) not strong, just powerfull!the girl unfortunatly lost her confidence with him and stopped riding him,he has since been out of work for 2 years. He has had his backed looked at,heat treatments and vets look over him,who found nothing of significance(flat front feet,he needs corrective shoeing)witch my farrier has been doing for the last year or so.
To our knowledge he has never jumped,so i dont know if thats his thing,no-one has ever stayed on long enough to find out!
he is however a 100% gent on the ground,a real puppy dog,he loves humans, and enjoys to play, zipping and unzipping coats, picking up brushes and curry combs ect.i do believe in the right hands this horse has a huge peotential to go to the top and be a loving loyal friend as well.
M is a very loved and has allway had the best of everything we can afford.he is stabled in the winter,he is rugged and during summer he has a flymask and flyrug,as he seems to get eaten by flies! he is a complete pansy, and if he gets a nick in his leg,he will think his leg is falling off! and so will you when you see the swelling! unfortunatly he is the type of horse that needs wrapping up in cooton wool!he has travelled a few times in a lorry,he is allways very good, but he has never travelled in a trailer.
I am looking for an experienced, knoledgeable very patient and understanding person that can offer m a 5 * home, where he will continue to get the 5* treatment he has been used to. I would prefer to do a 6 months loan with the view to buy,to ensure he gets the right home and give any potential buyer a good oppertunity to make sure he is the horse for them before buying,as i would like for m to be in a long term/permenant home, ideally where i can keep in contact with him.He will come with several horseware rugs, unfortunaly i no longer have tack as this was sold to regain some of the money we have spent on him over the years. All potentail homes will be vetted and approved, referances of experience ect would be also very helpfull.

if you think you can offer m the home he needs, please give me an email, giving me as much information about yourself as possible and what you would intend to do with m, where he would be kept ,training methods ect,any photos of past horses or competing pics, the yard would be much appreciated.

I don't think anyone in their right mind would go for this, I'd be to scared of the owner let alone the horse!!

very expensive, sounds like he's treated like a king..owners sound so strict about where he'd go..very off putting, impossible even to match to such high standards with a horse that to date isn't even rideable. A dealer could of course but a) they want a permanent home and b) far to much money.

Trouble is , slagging them off COULD end up with some "know it all" who ll end up abusing them, The ID X TB with Probs, Maybe sold OK, but M could end up being knocked about.
My sister had a TB, Tamasha. She was 1 eyed, had had Grass Sickness, Ruptured her tendons, Bounced about on her hindlegs, Napped, Couldnt Walk a step(had to gallop)..Had had a Kissing Spine... She was Unbeatable in SJ & HT. And Nothing touched her in Moonlight Steeplechases.
