You need to set up a Photobucket album then there is an option to edit your photos once you've uploaded them. One of the options is to resize to avator size.

did this and still no joy.saying too big??how annoying. got some gorgeous ones to add onto siggy too but just not clever enough. watch this space! THANK YOU.

I resize on paint!
Open them on paint press Ctrl + W at the same time, comes up with a stretch/skew page. Generally type in 20% into both horizontal and vertical boxes. Makes it a nice size.
You cane make it as small or large as you like.
