Sorry for being miserable, I'm not normally doom and gloom, but just having one of those days!
I went off to the Hand this morning for a spot of BSJA. I just entered the british novice as wasn't feeling particularly confident and thought I'd see how that went. Anyway, warmed up OK, he seemed to be jumping quite nicely, went in the ring and I don't suppose he was too bad, went quite nicely through the doubles and related distances in fact, but managed to have 2 poles, one an upright and one the front pole of a parallel. I know I could have/should have ridden much better than I did. We have probably only done 4 or 5 (I'm not counting) british novices now, did make it through to the second phase once and went clear once apart from a time fault. Just now feeling all this effort and when is it all finally going to come together!
Sorry for my moan, I just need someone to cheer me up, maybe I need a good lesson or something.
