I posted last week about tom having blood tests... endoscopy anyone?

They are all clear, Yey :). But on the downside he has got to have an endoscopy, as he's showing a few ulcer symptoms, so my vet just wants to rule them out!
Anyone else's horse had one? Will they sedate him? Am dreading it!
 
Its not too bad at all, in fact quite interesting. The worst bit is starving the horse for 12hours beforehand.

They do sedate them, just enough to take the edge off. It doesn't take too long either.

The next worst bit would be paying for the medication - hope you're insured!
