I really did see a horsey christmas tree tonight. !! 2nd attempt

Try again. The bloomin server lost my post. Was driving home tonight from work and saw a rider out on a well lit road with flashing lights galore and dressed in loads of high viz. She looked great and I told her so. Could see her from a good distance away. She looked a bit surprised when I slowed down to tell her, think she expected some abuse.

Just thought I would share !!!

but good on you and good on her - i have started to hack round the farm in high viz just incase me and horse become seperated ! now that is sad !

Yes she was. First time Ive seen someone riding out in the dark. Shes a braver lass than me. I have seen her before and she wasnt viz'd up and nearly slowed to tell her to get some bright gear. Horse is a bay so was really glad to see her lit up.

Great to hear! It really angers me when I see people riding without hi viz, its just not worth the risk!

I've had people slow down before and tell me how well they can see me, it's really nice to hear drivers say good things about horse riders!
