As above
The situation is that a nice but inexperienced person has taken on another of what they have (breed wise) opposite sex (huge boy) he came from a home that did not understand his needs or give him what he needed, spend most of his life in a crate. (he was eating the home )
In the new home, he is not keen on the gentleman in the home (time and patience needed) and they are giving it at the moment, but have mentioned re selling him if it does not work out.
I really like this dog, which suprises me as it on my list of breeds I would not own, but I love his character and his issues make him all the more likeable to me anyhow
He really is a very clever lad.
Im now worrying a little that they may sell if him and the gentleman dont gel (I have given loads of advice re this) but they dont take it all on board, he gets walked by OH and is boarding with me now, so this would make it worse knowing he may not be placed where he should not, (im hoping they would ask for my help) but may not, because I know him now and im well aware of his needs Im already worrying for him, I would never offer money for a dog and do understand they would need their money back, all I could offer would be the cost of the donation we charge in order for me to work with him and place him in an experienced home (not mine, not mine, not mine) repeats to self
Tell me I dont need another dog
