I really want my pony to be ok

My poor baby cute best friend adorable pony is lame in his right hind pelvis, and has a sore back. He has to have a bone scan (scintography?) and I'm just so worried everytime I am with him or think about it I can't stop crying. I know it makes me sound pathetic, but he really is just the best horse in the world.

I'm terrified in case he is lame all his life, he's only a baby and just amazing.

we have all been there i never cried so much when my horse went to newmarket and the outlook wasnt good and im a women of maturing years i sobed like a baby but chin up hopefully your pony will get though this there a lot tougher than we give them credit for

Im currently going through simular with my boy. He is lame on both fronts and has a problem in his back also. He is off to the vets at Newmarket on the 5th October to have scans and test and god knows what eles. The worry is so intense ive had a headache constantly for the last week or so. My vet has told me they are both fixable problems and he is seeing one of the best vets in Europe so that has put my mind at rest slightly.

And her majesty takes her horses there so i figure if its good enough for her its good enough for me .

Where is your pony going and when? Try not to worry too much until you know the outcome. Im sure it will be fine.
