Well, I thought about all your advise yesterday and just took Arch round the school to lunge him. (tacked up)
He went REALLY well, so I decied to get on board! My Dad was with me to catch me if anything happned!

Got on and his back was up abit, but nothing like it was on Monday, I just sat nice and relaxed and gave him a longish rein so he could stretch and relax his back. I gradually gathered my reins up to a contact and asked for trot!

It felt like sitting on a bomb about the explode! But after a few atemps I plucked up the currage to ride him through it and ended up with a very nice trot and did some decent trot work. I did about 15 mins of trot (seemed like alot longer!) and left it at that. I was very happy with him (and me) so we are just gonna take it nice and slow and build things back up.
Still a little frustrating, as I we were where we wanted b4 we moved yards and it feels like starting all over again! But if last night is anything to go, we'll be back out competing in now time!

He won't have forgotten anything - he is just unsettled! He's like me - when I moved I couldn't do anything for about 2 weeks! Didn't go to the gym or anything!

Well done you - just take it easy *aaaaaayyyy* (Anyone who used to watch happy days will know what I'm on about lol)
