OK, so having dismissed it as looking like it was less value for money than the original WOW "Competitor", I can honestly say that it rides much better than it looks (and even rides better than the dressage WOW). My only trouble is now that hubby wants one for his dressage phase....

Did anyone else get to try one at Badders? Loved the horse similator - fab idea!

I am so desperate to have a try of a WOW saddle. Trouble is having never seen one before let alone sat in one, I dont know whether its going to be good for me or not. I need someone to come out who isnt going to charge the earth and take me through the whole thing from start to finish

Its a shame we are at opposite ends of the country or you could come and try mine.... I love it to bits - its made such a huge difference to me and my fella. The difference is amazing.

There are 2 fitters who use this forum - my fitter lives near me so I doubt she would cover your area.... but there is another fitter on here...I think the name is Cotswold SJ ? Might be worth seeing if they are local enough....

My fitter is £50 for a full 2-3hr consultation (refunded if you order) but I think it varies. Its roughly the same as most saddlers charge to come out to fit in this area - only worth so much more !

Blimey thats much much cheaper than a couple have quoted me! I shall do some more phoning around then. Just out of interest, as I have absolutely no idea what panels, flaps etc etc I need, do most fitters carry a good range?

I do have a lovely fitter, who has had to come out to me tons of times. The saving grace is I keep flogging her stuff as she distributes our bridles! Even better she now has to keep popping into Weezy so I grab her on the way past!!

aha! Oh well, I think Weezy has given fitter details to JACQSZOO anyway...

ps........why not just install a net/stinger and catch her on the way down to Weezys too?

Lorna certainly doesnt charge the earth to come out. Im sure the £40-£50 mark is pretty standard for a full fitting.

They'll most likely carry a large selection of the flaps to try and then, should you choose to buy, order them specifically to your requirements.

That's really good to know. I was also quite smitten trying out the WOWs at Badminton but really can't justify the £1500 for the original. The Club however is so much more affordable especially for someone who has no need to change flaps.

The one thing that really puts me off the Club is that it doesn't have Flair, if you want it on the Club its costs an extra £400 so to me theres no point.

I'm also one that wouldn't change the flaps but it is nice to know i could. I really really want a Wow (hoping to get one soon) but I'm definitely going for a Competitor.
