sorry pointless post but i am just SO glad i bit the bullet and moved. about 6 weeks in and i don't regret it at all

I thought for a mo you were serious! was going to slap you about the ehad and ask just how much of a masocist are you;-)

Its great isn't I actually take days off work now to go to the trainers yard....used to be in and out at the old one!

And his new permie yard (where he should have moved to in May!) has just been great about the fact that after his Mishap she won't see him till September and is still only charging me a 50 euro a month holding fee!

Brings back your faith in Livery yards and people.
 
I moved yards at Easter and have the same problem. I spend ages chatting to people and everything takes me twice as long. But they are all really nice and I have better hacking and people to ride with. Not to mention its cheaper!

And theres a yard on the farm that I often stop at to have a chat too, about half a mile away from mine and I always stay there hours longer than I intended too.
