Not your fault, but he REALLY put his foot in it this morning by saying 'I was watching you with Maddy and you would really like a daughter, wouldn't you' and bl**dy well laughed. He really hasn't got a clue...moving on, moving on...
I'm getting a mud coloured one next time - perhaps a dun or roan! That way at least it won't show! My 6 year old son is quite into the mucking out, but I'm not sure how effective he is!!
I could do you an almost twelve year old - she's given up riding (thanks LL!
), but is an excellent groom
.
The fourteen year old one is just coming into her own (she's now Getting On With Stuff), so you can't have her I'm afraid - now riding upto four horses a morning and still getting all stables done, and doing her work, etc.
OK I have 2 daughters 4 and 8 years old who love grooming, mucking out and making feeds but riding is a complete no no unless they can ride my 16.2hh ID mare! You most certainly are welcome to them both for the holidays
I have a 16hh Irish mare they can ride, will that do? I prefer the ponies, more fun!! Send them all down, we have PC Camp here next week so another 10 or so will hardly be noticed.
