I want a hamster .... not a horse

They are soooo much cheaper !!! Went to tack shop and came out hundred quid odd lighter !!!!! Horse needed fariers formula and as of this morning a new medioum weight turn out. Obviously though, mum I have had this one 2 years now, your last stitching job is an embarassment. He had somehow managed to rip it to the right of his withers and stopped half way down his back !!! was not pleased. Morning girl,bless, her stuck tape on it to hold together the filling. But on close inspection is beyond repair. So came away with a checked purple TOut !!! Serves him right, he will look silly, but at least no one will want to steal him !!!!!

Why do they always do this when you cant really afford it !!!

Surely a hamster would be easier, cheaper and better !!!!

I considered taking up tennis yesterday. One racket, a ball and a pair of shoes and you're good to go. Plus you don't need a trailer and 4x4 to go anywhere.

But I know I would get bored after say, one game!!!

I often think there are cheaper sports and hobbies that cost you less money and cause fewer physical injuries...but frankly nothing is as fun as a pony, and everything that goes with it!

I tell people that I didn't intentionally choose riding as a hobby. I am from a very non horsey back ground and have been obsessed since I was three. It is an affliction.

Also I had hamsters as a kid. They don't live long and make an annoying noise on their wheels. Oh and they bite, hard!!

Well, i have a hamster called John and im terrified of him!lol!my sister will handle him (shes only 12!!lol!) but i wont as he has a tendancy to just bite whenever the fancy takes him!

id much rather a horse any day!!!

John may look cute and harmless but he has teeth like razors and i quite like my fingers as they are!lol! oh, and he also stinks of pee nomatter how much u clean him, drives us all nuts by chewin the cage bars and throwin paper about and running on the OUTSIDE of his wheel!lol! AND he makes just as much mess as a horse cos he throws the sawdust and paper out of his cage so we have to hoover round him daily.

so in the long run......horses are much better!lol!
