All I want is a ploddy cob to hack out on. Nothing fancy, just something I can have fun with.
And I know it's probably not a good idea. My job pays decently, but not well. I'm overweight. I'm a novice. All reasons not to get a horse, right?
I just miss riding and being around horses so much. I haven't ridden at all for at least three years- it might even be longer. I worked with them for a good few years so I know the amount of work.
I saw a lovely cob on Facebook who would be perfect for me- a proper laid back weight carrier who was happy to pop a little jump. I'm so tempted to go and have a look- for the price, he's a steal. There's a livery yard in my village that's offering part livery for 30 a week. (hay and bedding included).
Someone talk some sense into me?
