Jacket, tweed preferable for children or black/blue for adults.
As long as your boots are clean you should be ok.
I would suggest brushing boots front and back if you are going to use boots but if you fell your pony need tendon boots more use them.
Just your normal tack (GP/jumping saddle), A bit you can stop in!!

You will need a tweed heavy weight jacket. Depending on your age under 18yrs you can wear a tweed hacking jacket, over 18 most hunt followers wear a black hunt jacket.
Long black boots or leather chaps and jodpur boots. If younger than 18 you could wear brown suede chaps and jodpur boots.
Tendon boots will be fine
Whatever tack your pony goes best in - if you are going up and down hills a breastplate is good to use and a neckstrap if jumping.
I would Google to find your local hunt and then go and have fun!
Any more questions let me know.

http://www.mfha.org.uk/directory/ - this has details of every foxhound pack as some of the packs listed for Northumberland or Cleveland might be nearer for you.

As far as dresscode most adults would wear a heavy black hunt coat, but this can be expensive if you are going for a first time. If you can't beg, steal or borrow one then you will be fine in a tweed jacket with either a coloured stock or a shirt and tie. A show jacket won't keep you warm enough.

Long boots will protect your legs in the event of a scrape through a gate or heaven forbid a kick although chaps and short boots (either leather gaiters or suede style)

So long as you are neat and tidy nobody will jump up and down about strict adherence to dress codes on your first time out.
