I wanted a Jack Russell pup and guess what?

I got 2!!! We went to look at a litter last night and I fell in love with a bitch puppy. My OH decided he liked the dog pup so we got them both. Here they are, Boo and Dukie.

They settled really well last night and were good going out to toilet this morning.

I wanted a JRT pup,saw her with her mother at 5 weeks,brought her home as she was the runt and guess what at 15 mos she's grown into?Shirley Bassett!! Photo to follow.,when I learn how.Love the puppies.

They are certainly full of it! Today consists of playfight, sleep, eat, poop. They are ace!

I have JRTs you can't go far wrong with one But I've kept 2 puppies from a litter before and as JRTs can be ignorant on their own/other dogs and litter mates can be ignorant in that one will want to do what the other does, so it's vital that you train them both individually as well as together.

Does that make sense lol it's too early for my brain to function fully

They will be going to puppy training classes as soon as they have had their vaccinations. I think it's important for the training and also the social aspect for them.

ditto the others, i never recommend getting 2 at once - but Im sure you'l be fine main thing is to make sure you do everything with them separately (training, walking etc) and make sure they bond with you on an individual basis and not too much with each other.
