The number of competitors was huge, especially in the Intro, apparently over 80.
It was fabulous weather, bright and sunny and the standard of the competitors was really high, with everyone, horse and human, giving it their all.
I just wish I was able to do it too, but have to admit I've never been particularly brave.
There were ladies in their 60's going round on wizzy thoroughbreds - No Fear there!! - Amazing

Anyway, I took lots and lots of snaps(700 in total) so if you would like to see them, you could have a look at the link below.

Actually I would really like your opinions on the quality and style of the photos, whether the pics are good, bad or just mediocre.
It was a lovely day for photography , its not often that I get such a chance to practice my photography techniques with perfect weather and the perfect event in a beautiful location.

Oh that`s a pity, I should have done the pre -novice but I thought the XC was on the sunday!! Dope that I am!! But well done to get such a high placing you must be very proud of him, I will look out for you at other shows as he is quite distinctive.
I will be trying to sneak into Coillemore ODE on 22nd June but I am not Official Photographer.
Think they have Peak Photography - Scotland leading Photographer so he says, eh hem! (double the price - mind).

Yey, you got some of me! In the Novice class, 213 - 219 galloping through the water with gritted teeth!

217's a good one as you dont normally get pro pics from that angle. What do you charge for pics?

You that's him in my siggie, mum would definately not let me have 2! He's 1/2 clydesale, 1/2 TB. I think it's a fab mix, get a bit of speed and athletisism but with good, laid back temperament sometimes!

He's only 15.2 his dad was 17.2 and his mum was 16.2 so that's a bit odd. I doubt I could handle him if he was 17hh though cause he can be a bit quirky and naughty sometimes!
not going to burgie cause going to belgium with school but would rather go eventing!
