So, as promised I took some photos of my two new arrivals:

Chas:

he is a bit elusive, so just one photo:)

for comparison, this is Stacie the sheep dog:

And Patch the JRT:

Sam the guard dog says that he can't have pictures taken as every time it happens, the camera takes away part of his soul, so a sneaky old one of him;)

Must have missed the previous thread...but your gang is adorable....whats the story behind them?

LOL, the previous thread is just below:
Erm, I think I need some advice
is the title:D
Chas and Penny kind of appeared at my place last night, their owner could no longer keep them and has struggled to provide them with adequate care for a while now, which is pretty evident :(

LOL yes just found it! Im a sucker for the oldies.....there is a web site just for re-homing old dogs and I usually look daily......your new arrivals are gorgeous! Good on you for taking them in...old dogs are quite simply delightful.

I posted earlier about Apple Cider Vinegar, if you google it for dogs I believe it can help them with stiff joints etc........enjoy them, I am very envious of you, they will reward you tenfold!

LOL, I don't think you have anything to be envious of:) Unless you refer to my complete madness and therefore unawareness of the real world perhaps? Apparently that is considered a blessing;)

Awww bless, they are cute! You must be getting rather crowded over there now :p

Is patch pleased about her two new underlings or not at all? (that is of course if they are as easy to boss around as stacie? :D )

We have used flexi-joint, for both old horses and dogs, with really good effect, much less stiffness and a new lease of life :) Also very easy to get them to eat it, as it is sweet :)
I am glad to see that sister and I are not the only balmpots who will rehome just about anything (we even had rescued goldfish at one point :D)

Ooohhh what a bunch of cuties. I love them. Although i am a bit biased as my dog is a 12 yo border collie x springer.
