I took Star to the West Yorkshire Horseplay dressage (unaff) and I entered the Walk/Trot and p18. Heather (no.1 daughter) said she'd do P13, but changed her mind on Friday because she 'hadn't had time to learn the test....' - So I did it instead.
Well - we won the walk/trot test - 80% (We did this class because our canter is not so good yet - next thing on the list to be worked on )
P18 - 71%
p13 - 73% and came third in that one
I'm sat here with a big smile on my face and a red rosette next to me - it's the first one I've ever won
I was well out of the rosettes in p18 - all of the winners were entered in the novice test and I think they were using it as a warm up.
So all in all, I had a very sucessful and very wet day
