This is not a regular occurrence. It was just a local mini event, where you did a dressage test, then show jumping and straight into the XC.
I was a bit disappointed with my dressage. Tufty can do much better and I messed up both my canters. not sure how they were working it out but I only got 54%, last week I got 63%!
But for the jumping he was absolute star. Some how he managed to keep all th show jumps up. He doesn't see the point of giving the jumps any space. He likes to see how close he can get to them. So although it felt and sounded like he had 6 down he had managed to keep them all up
I have never jumped a cross country on Tufty (He is my dad's horse) and although the first jump was from a stand still we went clear.
So I won a plaque as well as a £10 voucher for a butchers 30 miles from where I live. But I am so please with Scrufty Tufty the Donkey Horse
