For both human and horse, i guess!

But mainly because i am looking at various shoe grips for myself and don't know which to go for. Any suggestions? I have looked at the yaktrax

or a different version meant more for black ice sort of conditions.

Are there any other useful sorts anyone has tried? Or home made alternatives?

I am determined not to be stopped from doing normal stuff by the snow and ice this year. I wore walking boots last winter which were great for the snow but not the ice.

If you have any tips for being able to still ride a shod horse in the snow, that would also be brilliant. Can't take his shoes off, he's only a part loan.

Cheers in advance, hot choccy to all with a choice of cinnamon, after eights, baileys or nutella melted in it :D
