I noticed today my horses knee is slightly puffy and ever so slightly warmer than the other. I noticed it after riding so shes perfectly sound and it can't be sore as shes the worlds biggest drama queen and would have let me know if it was tender but im ultra paranoid about legs so wondering the best way to apply ice/ cool packs to the area? I've cold hosed it so hoping that it will be fine tomorrow but if not are there any good cooling gels etc... as I imagine ice packs on knees will be awkward.! I've only ever cold hosed in the past but this one dances so much for a hosepipe shes probably doing more harm than good, bless her!

I like Equine America's Like Ice, you can slap it on and don't have to bandage over it, so it should work fine for a puffy knee. :)
