PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!

i am trying to make a movie and have a little video of oakey, but it is in and mp4 file typw. Windows movie maker wont let it import coz of its file type. How do i change the file type?? i have done the usual but it doesnt work

any ideas??

If it is an mp4 then I assume you took it on your phone? My phone came with some software that converted it to avi.

If not then search on google for "free mp4 avi converter" and download something, just make sure you have anti-virus software installed first.
