IDD Therapy

Has anyone had IDD therapy and did it help?

Sadly my back is only getting worse and really struggling at the moment. I have various issues, bulging, herniated disks with nerve impingement as well as narrowing of the space in hips the main nerve goes though which has resulted in compression and impingement causing weakness and numbing of legs.

Sorry for essay! I know the leg compression from the hip will not get better but lately really struggling with back as well. Think knife stabbing pain, unable to weight bear etc and convinced another disk is playing up.
Obviously the NHS are beyond behind and really need some kind of relief now.
Sorry to ramble but not coping very well at the moment.
Forgot to say I’m already on plenty of drugs including oral morphine but not touching pain at the moment. Any help/advice would be appreciated ??

Sorry, not able to offer any advice. It sounds pretty miserable to be living with such chronic pain.

I think it would be worth a consultation to find out what you could expect from the treatment and then make a more informed decision.

Thank you ? Honestly I’m normally a suck it up and get on person but pretty near the end of it all. I was originally going to have an operation to try to widen the bone and clean the nerves in my hip but it was deemed a very small chance of success. Had all the injections etc but didn’t help.
Just hoping there’s something out there that can make life a bit less painful. Thank you for your reply means a lot x

Have you tried Accupuncture? Or chiro?
My OH has chiro every 6 weeks, keeps his back in good condition. Also worth a try x
