have a 9 month old rott on bog standard pets at home dry food and he always has a sloppy rear end. not nice at all!
heard rotts have sensitive tums so what is the best food to give him that will ensure solid stools?

Rotts are not really prone to sensitive stomach, we have had a lots of rotts through our rescue and none needed a spedific diet nor does my pig of a rott she has a stomach of steel:D maybe the food just does not agree and he has an intolerance, I would try him on a better quality food, like fish4dogs or james well beloved (fish variety) or arden grange.
Potato and salmon from wafcol is also really good for sensitive tums.

Don't really rate Pero, try Skinners, which is relatively cheap and good quality :) the duck and rice and salmon and rice ranges are good, you can give them a call or an email to find your local stockists, I've found them very personable and helpful :)

If the Pero doesn't suit him try Skinners Field & Trial Duck & Rice, it really suits my dogs.

Ets :LOL, snap CC!

I use it three / four days a week inbetween raw days.

My rottie x has never had a upset stomach though, bar one time eating a pot of cod liver oil tablets, even then after a hour or two sitting in the hedge he was fine lol.

Mine is on Autarky - it suits him.

He was originally fed Royal Canin (less said the better) and didn't like JW or Arden Grange...

The only sign he shows of a sensitive tum is eye watering, paint blistering wind when he has scavenged something very dead.
