right has anyone got any ideas????
on monday my youngster came in with a lil scab on his nose the size of a penny thought it was abit of rainscald/sun burn ( frosty grass and sun shine) yday it had a yellow spot in the middle of it i have put sudocrem on it both days but today its the size of a 50p and is yellowy and cracked and is cle...arly quite painful to touch? any ideas what it is and what i ca put on it? sum1 suggested the thick yellow nappy cream beginning with M but wondering what it could be!
