Hi, has anybody heard of the possibility of tracing a horses bloodlines from a bloodtest when no breeding history is known? Is this possible? Any info greatly appreciated!
I believe you can DNA test, but you need to have an idea of who the sire is, bit like a human paternity test..... I don't 'think' you can blood test and then trace parents, that would be a bit like looking for a needle in a haystack
