My boy is extremly ill with what we thought was colic, had the vet out and he instantly sent him to the equine hospital. The initial blood work said he had Idiopathic Azoturia which is not like normal azoturia it is unknown and very rare.

After doing some research we found out a horse died in his paddock of Atypical Myoglobinuria which can be caused by toxins in the grass. It is now though Koko may have this and the prognosis does not seem good :(

Has anybody experienced this before? Did your horses make it? I'm very worried about my poor boy atm and just hope it doesn't end badly :(
