If a show class is described as...

I would actually take it to mean that they are only going to want an individual show (no going around as a group) and only want walk and trot so no canter required.
But I'm not the best at interpreting show schedules!!

I'd say you would be walking and trotting round together then doing a walk and trot individual show and the horses won't be stripped down for conformation assessment.

I would read it as it will be run as a normal show class with the canter removed. So walk and trot as a ride then a walk trot personal show.

Doubt they'd strip - local shows tend to skip this.

This. you are not required to canter in a novice. although they did in my class the other day so i waited in the middle for my safety ;-) you will just walk and trot around together then do you individual show.

Wish my class was this!
I did a Novice Riding Club show last year, - they made us strip, trot up, individual show canter both legs, judge ride, Gallop and jump!!!!

Thank God the class size was 7 not 20!!!
