If there was one supplement / herb that you could feed your horse, what would it be?

I'm interested to know answers as I want to make sure my boys are getting exactly what they need

A bone scan would not have told you if there was an old fracture .I think I would trust your vet on in this case .

For mine, vitamin E. If she wasn't PSSM, it would be boswellia. If she didn't have arthritis, it'd be salt.

A good general vit and min supplement, brand would depend what you can afford and can find, if it needs to be pelleted or can be powder, if you need prebiotics/probiotics in it, etc...

Turmeric can absolutely cure broken bones, but only if it's fed with black pepper and oil. And fairy dust.

Deleted, I wouldn't feed an all round supplement, I only target specific needs.

Vit/mineral powder because we feed straights so there’s nothing in the feed.

Lysine powder because it’s an essential amino acid that UK grazing is often deficient in.

Have a salt lick freely available.
