If you had to chose....?

I was thinking this morning (dangerous i know!) as I bumped into a cute cat on my walk from the car to work this morning.
I know alot of us horsey people also have a love of cats and dogs too.

Now if your a cat lover or a dog lover and you had to decide between keeping a cat/dog or your horse, what would you chose?

Its a tough one I know, no answers in between please

You have to give a choice of
dog or horse, or
cat or horse?

I think as much as I love keeping my horse, if I had to make the choice, I think maybe i would chose cats over horses, though I am not sure, its so close its difficult, but thats my final answer.

So, your turn? If you had to chose between your cat/dog or horse, which would you keep? You can give reasons if you like

I would keep my cats as they are old ladies now and a change of home would not be good.

Bob however, is fickle and will love anyone with a feed bucket!

awww i have all 3 and i find it so hard to pick

but i think i would go with my baby boy Jet (horse) ive only had him a month or so. but what about my dog and 2 cats! :'(

I know, its so hard isnt it, but I think if push came to shove I would have to chose cats over horses

It depends for what reason I had to make the decision.

If I could only afford one animal it would be a cat, although tbh if I could only afford to keep a cat I probably wouldn't bother and would save the money!

It is for no reason at all, not financial, it is just if you had to chose a life without one of them, which would it be?

I would choose my horses (dont tell my dog though!). Mt lovely cat died two years ago, I havent had the heart to try and replace him. No other cat could compare.

Can I keep my chickens!!!!!!?

I would pick my dog fern, she's the best ever!!! Lernt my friends child to walk and she has had a harder live then my horse!!

I know, it is, its terribly hard, not sure why it came up in my little head this morning. I mean I adore my horse, but I think that my cats would have to be it

It was just one of those thoughts.

I have to say, I am most disappointed I did not get more replies as I would love to have heard more peoples responses to this dilemma. Never mind!

What a story, poor little fern, what a sad start to life. It never fails to surprise or sicken me when you hear of how awful and horrid some people can be to animals
