..Do you have a favourite?
I have to admit I am closer to my anglo then I am to my welsh mare, but then I've had him longer and been through a lot with him. Still makes me feel guilty though

I honestly have never thought about that... I love all three for very different reasons. Grace is such an affectionate (but very sensitive) mare and we bonded immediately. Hannah took a lot more time to get to know, I am still learning things about her 6 years down the line, but we have a strong bond that I don't think I have achieved with Grace yet. Hannah would trust me whatever, Grace sometimes still questions my judgement.

Troy will always be something very special to me because I bred him myself...

Hell yeah. Phoenix is my 2 year old, an absolute angel who will do anything I ask...

Devil mare is just that, a devil.

I love her, but she tests me constantly and sometimes I dread seeing her. Phoenix is definitely my favourite. Luckily Devil mare is not a people person so she doesn't get jealous and is glad I don't faff and fuss her.

I own 23 horses and yes I definitely have favourites and no I don't feel guilty in the slightest as they are all given the best of care and attention.

We have 3 horses, bu i'm definatly closer to Hemir, but this is only because he's 'mine' and the 2 mares are my mums!! I feel pretty close to Motty (newest mare!) but no horse will takes Hemir's place as long he's with me (and possibly after!), he's something special to me, and i don't feel guilty about it!

I used to be devoted to Boss but I'm afraid he lost my heart last year and now Moon is my favourite. New boy, Mustard, is very cute but I dont really know him well enough yet!

Yip, I love my TB to pieces! I chose her whereas I took on my arab as mum had reached the end of the road with her (she's, ahem, difficult) and the QH is for my mum to hack, I just get all the stable chores!

I've had the arab the longest (3.5yrs) and just got QH in April and TB in July but even so I feel like I has less of a bond with her and I've tried everything. They all get the same attention and looked after the same so I don't feel guilty (well not too often).

I love them all but I can't get over how amazing my ex-racer mare is

I won't say I had a favourite but When willie was around he was my world I still loved the others but willie was always the first I would go and last one I say night to.

Now Well I've not really gotten used to having only 3 yet !!!
I love them all in different ways. Right now I am spending more time with Ewan (Shetland) than I've ever done.

We have a number of mares and foals. I think the old grey mare Christie is my favourite even if she is an old baggage. She's got such quality and I love her babies. I find it difficult to have a favourite foal as they are all gorgeous

I do have a favourite...my TB mare...bought her as a 4yo when I was still a student, backed her, and have spent many happy years on her...and we get on really well...never bitten, never kicked and I've only come off her twice.
My other two I've had since one was a weanling, and the other was frozen

...I like them both equally but I like different things about them for different reasons.
I do try to treat them all equally although the three of us that do them (friend, OH and I) sneakily give the TB mare treats etc

I do, I don't feel bad about it, I love them all otherwise I wouldn't have them, but my coloured wins hands down, with my old mare a very close second.

My big horse is my favourite and always will be despite the fact that he is an old cripple and has serious issues. He helped me through a very hard time of my life and he and I are incredibly close. I have another one on loan at the moment and yes she's got character but would never ever come close to the other one. I feel guilty too sometimes about it!! I also feel guilty about all the dogs we have and the fact that my dog is more important and gets more love, sleeps in the house (in the bed - aagh!!) and more attention than the others.

nope, i don't do favouritism...unless one kicks me, and then that's my least favourite for a while!
i can't stand people who treat horses better in the stable when they've just won something, either... i knew an event rider who did this and it disgusted me. the horse still deserved good treatment, whether it's a world beater or not, imho.

I have 3 and, yes, I'm afraid I do have a favourite. Minnie was my first horse and although we're not really all that compatible I love him to bits. Our mare has sort of been taken over by my sister since I've been at uni, and she's very close to my sister and doesn't really bother with anyone else now. So at least I'm not the only one with favourites! And much as I love our little companion pony, he's on loan so I'm not so close to him. That's not to say they aren't all cuddled and loved though!

I love them all but if I am honest think our 13hh mare is both mine and my daughters favourite. She is such a complex character, a nightmare in many ways, but taught my daughter so much and she had so much success with her. And we thought we might lose her when she had a leg fracture, so she is very special.

ummm....cant say I have ever thought about it actually....I love them for different reasons really....like every animal I have I love them because of different things....all equally...It would be too hard to pick out my fav....Im greedy :0)

Hmm yes, had Will much longer and know him inside out, sharp and tense but he is the most polite gentleman and has accepted Cat so gracefully bless him. The new boy is only 4 and having a few 'Kevin' moments. We do like each other lots but I don't like it when he picks on his older 'brother'. I think in time I'll come to love him just as much, he'd have to grow massively to not stay with me for good.

i dont really- i love sol to bits cos iv had him for so long and he's my baby, but i love red equally cos i can do things with him that i cant do with sol.
