No I wouldn't and didn't. When I sold my pony 5 years ago the people that bought him had to build a stable for him before he could go. He was with me an extra 3 weeks, but they came to see him most days, and didn't pay me till I delivered him. He has the most fabulous home so I didn't mind at all.

I kept mine at livery for a month and didn't charge them. It was a fantastic home with lovely lovely people so I was happy to do it.

Have decided to take the lorry & pick him up today if he passes the vetting - of course, if he doesn't I will take great pleasure in telling her to stick it.

Aarrrgh shouldn't have said it...he did fail the vetting, so looking again.

Doh!!!! I feel for you!! I had 4 failed vettings before I eventually found my new boy - it only took me a year to find him!!!

He failed on right hind flexion, not necessarily a deal breaker in itself but with other reservations I had it was just one problem too many.
