If your horse was human who would s/he be in your life?

Today on the yard I got thinking who my horse would be if he was human.

I think Stylo would make a pretty good OH but with a bit of a pervy side.

because he is a very kind horse who does try to make me happy but sometimes gets on my nerves and we suit each other down to the ground apart from that he likes to flash his privates quite a lot

Ed is a lovable pony with a quirky side and I think he would be best suited to a crazy uncle role!



So who would your horse be in your life? Would they make a good sister, OH, or that weird one that every family has or would be just be a friend?

Well he's not exactly mine, but i love him just as much...

He'd be my handsome best friend. Although i dont know... he could be a good other half, he's really polite, a complete gentleman, loves affection, would be a bit of a geek though i think... and he makes me laugh

Emerald and I are so in tune with each other - she would have to be my twin sister

Barney would have builders arse, no question. He would drink pints with his mates, and would be full of bravado (but would run away if any REAL trouble was brewing). I would imagine he would be my builder and I would be still ringing him to come and finish the job he started months ago

Young horse would be a girly girl - mini skirt (even though she has a bit too much tummy to carry it off) and too much mascara. Her voice would be quite irritating and squeeky and she would have to be the centre of attention. Not sure who she would be in my life - probably a friends child I think!

Middle aged horse would want to be everyone's friend. A gentle soul, but gets let down by her friends because everyone knows she will forgive them. Worries about everything and anything. She WOULD be my best friend!

Blimey what a mad bunch - next thing I know they will want their own shrink to go with the manicurist, private doctor, physio and chiropractic (and slave - thats me!

My horse and I would be friends, I would look up to her and she would be slightly more dominant than me. She would organise the nights out and where we go and what we do, mainly because im lazy and I like her to take control.
Apart from that we would be very similar, a bit too similar (we're both sensitive souls) and it would cause arguments and missunderstanding sometimes.

My little mare is definately like another daughter to me. She can be a madam, but she is also well and truly part of the family - fantastic with my 2 'real' daughters and a real back door pony. My poor OH is very outnumbered!

Slightly younger sister!

We like dressing up together and going to parties - she thinks she knows best but can sometimes needs reassurance and a cuddle lol

She's more toned and althletic than me and very beautiful but so sweet that everyone loves her

My lad thinks he is human already. He is more people person/horse than a horse lol (if that makes sense). He would rather be with me/other people than other horses bless him.

My mare would be one of those popular, beautiful girls with loads of friends who get married to a really nice man and have a lovely, perfect family, all the time being really nice and modest about it. I think she would be Nigella Lawson actually.

My soulmate

He is tall, dark and handsome, kind, well mannered and polite. He is clean in the stable. Has a few quirks but nothing terrible, and a cheeky sense of humour!!!!
