Ifor Williams 505 10 years old - How much would you pay?

Check the tyres as well as they may well be perished and that will set you back around £40 a tyre. Also bottom of the panels as they let in water and blow sometimes. I'd say £2000 if all good.

It's a little steep, £2k would be nearer the mark I think,

Unless it's absolutely immaculate/barn stored and has new tyres and has been serviced.

We picked up ours for £1700. 2001, blue, very little use, stored outside so very insignificant blemish/fading on the body, required tyres(perished) and a service, but we did think we had bargain.

Its had little use over the past three years but has been standing out (hence the green roof) and is currently being used to store hay.

It might be worth finding out what a service will cost locally and what replacement tyres would cost. If it has been standing out, then I would replace them as a matter of course and err on the side of caution.

Personally, if I saw one that had a green roof, I would assume that they had not kept up with routine maintainence and would want it thoroughly checked over before I made an offer at all.
