I posted recently about the latest problems with my 511 as the coupling hitch has been found to be faulty & 3 times the trailer has come away from the back of my car once hitched up.
I am now started the ball rolling for getting a full refund on the trailer and have taken the advice of many of you and contacted Trading Standards. However I remember a while ago there was a lady on here who had received a full refund on hers and I am hoping to find her so I can get some more info.
