A reminder to save yourself some pain and maybe loosen these yearly - at the least. Spent about 4 hours over two days lying under trailer with lots of penetrating oil trying to get the rusted bolts loose.

They're fairly easy to reach if you slide under the corner of the trailers, pull out split pin, and then use the split pin or get a long allen key through the holes in the side to give them a twist.
