Looking for some decent tack storage for the HB506.

Is the tack pack any good? Looks tight for two saddles?

What are people using/doing? TIA

we use one mostly in a stable for share horses 2 saddles. It is tight but does work, its easier to have the bottom one on first than squeeze it under and you do have to make sure they are fully forwards so that the door doesnt squish them.

I looked into getting one for my 510 and a friend let me trial hers. We struggled to get 2 saddles in (without risking scratching them to death) and it was very heavy and numb to manoeuvre. Have to pull it out before horses can come off the front etc. We just put everything in the back of the truck instead and I got one of the stubbs saddle mates for my saddle

I’ve been looking at those Stubbs saddle mates! I thinks that’s the best bet! Only issue is we often have the two dogs with us so the boot is full! I wonder if I can get a dog crate fitted for the trailer hang on…am I on to something here??? dragons den here I come

If you have room in the towing car Stubbs also do a twin arm saddle stand called a Saddle Booty. They fold up when not in use and the saddles don’t slide off like they do on the saddle mate.

I dunt know anyone who uses their tack pack in the intended way.

A wheelie bin in the nose for everything except the saddles works well.
