Has anyone had any problems with the new black ifor williams trailers my friends has had to have all new electrics and its gone rusty on the silver aliminuem only bought last year, mine is fine and older, the blue one they are both stored undercover feedback greatly recieved, thanks.

is it a classic?? i have had problems with mine it is just over a year old and initally the light didnt work due to the fact half of the wiring was wrong. then the black seals around the pannels kept coming off on the outside which meant that the wiring was again exposed. we spoke to IFOR williams and they came out to replace it all.

Hi yes it is the classic and they have paid for it to be wire wooled and the chap that did this said it will come back again (Rust) also they put all new electrics underneath. I would not be happy with this at all over £3000 for a new trailer and still under a year old I would wan't a new one or money back but they are dragging there feet !!

call the main branch in corwen they are quite helpfull, when ours got the brakes stuck on they gave us several things to try and said that if that didnt work they would come and fix or replace it for us!

My friend had problems with a classic model and it was within the year warranty. They were next to useless about replacing the faulty bits and she had to seriously lay into them to get them to pay any attention. She eventually ranted loud enough that they swapped it for a new trailer. They took months and months over it though.

We've got one of the Epona models and it is fantastic. We had a problem with the lock on the groom's door and it has been replaced under the warranty with no problems whatsoever. Couldn't fault their service to be honest.

I would be livid if I had been treated any other way after having bought a new trailer. Keep on at both IW themselves and your local dealer until it is sorted, that isn't good enough. And not their usual standard of service so they shouldn't let themselves down like that.

thanks for that and yes the grooms door lock had to be changed as well I told my friend she had a Friday trailer !! the chap at scotts trailers says they are put together in 20 mins.
