My new instructor rode my horse today, and as I watched, I could see my saddle moving up and down with the trot. She noticed it too and mentioned I should get it looked at. Ideas as to what is going on? It has always moved a bit. I know he is a little rounder than in the winter, but am starting to think I might not have the right saddle. It's an Ideal VSD. I love it, but it has been known to rub his fur off in the winter.
