do you have to ride with the curb in showing? i have a county show next week and was wondering if you had to have the curb chain on the pelhem or can you get away without it? (its for the riding horse class)

horse dosent tend to like the curb as then he goes behind bit, but will put on a leather strap to try and prevent it!

You could always use either a leather or an elastic curb chain. If you use an elastic one then dye it the same colour as your horse so it merges in better. (you'll still need a lip strap with those.)
