Im cursed...by a field and my stress levels....................

ARE THROUGH THE ROOF

So...nearly lost my whippet 3 weeks ago in the dreaded
above mentioned field

7 days ago......one of my boarders slashed it's leg wide open

and lost alot of blood,armed only with OH' hoody to stem the bleeding and a huge pressure bandage until we got to emergency vets and the situation has a good outlook...thank the lords.

TONIGHT...in the same field my staffy rescue was plodding around playing merrily one minute and collapsed and blue the next

ran for dear life to get to him( he was barely alive

....putting my whole fist in his mouth...dislodged a piece of rubber

WTF, still gasping I rushed him to my super vet (who is there for me at the drop of a hat) an an endoscope later to check for blockage....he is home and resting.

THE FIELD IS CURSED....and my blood and stress levels are through the roof

Crikey Cala, that must have been terrifying. How are both dogs now?, recovering well I hope.

Think I'd be giving that field a miss from now on, sounds like it is out to get you

Thank heavens they are all okay, no wonder your stress levels are sky high. If I were you I would definitely give that field a wide berth for a while.

The gashed leg boxer...is recovering nicely, big a lamp shade and huge bandage

My whippet is completely

recovered but now limited exercise for her

The staffi, has had a restfull night, but has a very sore throat and coughing bouts.....but thank the lord he did not choke to death
