Well, today I was thinking about my next (cycle) ride for charity, the distance I should undertake.. and the charity I should support this time around.
The last ride I did for charity was just over 70 miles in one day and was in aid of EST - A charity I feel does some of the most amazing work I have ever seen.
This time I am cycling for WHW (Used to be ILPH) 100 miles in one day! The date is TBC but it will be around may/june next year depending on when my exams are!
