I'm feeling really stupid..

The vet had a look at one of the youngster's mouth's today and found a loose and painful wolf tooth.. He has been a bit funny with the bit and changed over a few days from being willing to arguementative.
poor little beggar must have been in such pain when the bit got near it.. He's removed it but why didn't I think of that myself?
Sometimes I can be so stupid...grrrrrr!

Well,,,,,,,,,,,,,we all overlook things sometimes............ The main thing is you got the vet to look at it and you know what the problem is???

Don't beat yourself up about it, at least you got the vet promptly when the problem didn't resolve itself. And they can be so temperamental sometimes it's hard to know if it's just a bad day or if there's something wrong. It's a shame they can't talk to us and tell us what's bugging them!

HH be proud it only took you a few days to find the get to the root of the problem...............many horses carry on for years.

Yes but the worst thing is I didn't ask the vet, CCj did, I'm away from home, but I should have thought about that as a possible cause.. Thank goodness she had the sense to ask him to take a look whilst he was here..I haven't seen him for a week..
