It's been a tough few months, since Ned went lame. It wasn't him lameness that was upsetting me (though that didn't help) but just all the drama and worry was grinding me down. I even wished I could sell Ned at one point it got that bad, I had nightmares. My hair was falling out and I couldn't eat 
I went 2 days without a single scrap of food!
However, tonight I went to groom the boys and lunge/long-rein Cookie. I finally felt at ease, like I could enjoy them again
I've come home feeling relaxed and happy for almost 5 months!!
Ned's leg is getting better, but not 100%. I think the more relaxed atmosphere and lack of jumping has helped a lot! The only time I've seen him go faster than a walk was today, he trotted over to see me so cute!
