I'm horseless!!

Well yesterday was finally the day my girl went off to Cornwall to start a new life as a broodmare! Everything went a lot smoother than i imagined and i handled it much better than i thought i would. I loaded her myself and she was very good. i stood and gave her a couple of carrots while the transport man arranged the partitions etc and then i left him to it. Once i got out the lorry she got very upset but i called to her from outside and then she was quiet. It was a 6 hour journey but apparently she was fine and walked into her new home very relaxed so can't wait to hear how she gets on with her new "boyfriend"!! I'm feeling pretty lost today as for the first time in 13 years i haven't got a horse to go and see after work!

i gave my horse to someone on loan it was so so so sad, i have actually got another one now but it was so sad, but she is so happy big hug

Me too!

My old gelding has gone out an loan and Im without a horse. Im borrowing a friends horse when ever I can. Not the same though.
